Protection classification of anti-arc clothing | tanncot
According to "DL/T 320-2010 General Technical Requirements for Personal Arc Protective Equipment", the protection level of anti-arc clothing generally adopts the ATPV value. The first layer has an ATPV value of 4, the second layer is 8, the third layer is 25, and the fourth layer is 40. Under normal circumstances, single-layer arc protective clothing requires the ATPV value to reach two levels, and multi-layer fireproof clothing and flash clothing can reach three and four levels.
According to the degree of danger of the working environment, arc suits are generally divided into the following four levels
Class I: 4cal/cm2 less than or equal to ATPV <8 cal/cm2
Class II: 8 cal/cm2 less than or equal to ATPV <25 cal/cm2
Class III: 25 cal/cm2 less than or equal to ATPV <40 cal/cm2
Class IV: ATPV value greater than or equal to 40 cal/cm2. Level 4 has the highest degree of protection.
